Guest guest
Question...does green tea count towards water...I have been counting it but I have been going over the amount each day? OFFICIALLY..... It should not count as water because it does have caffeine in it. 40 milligrams compared to 100 for coffee. BUT....... This stuff is so darn good for you!! Green tea contains 55 mg of antioxidants per serving and 20 mg of Potassium. Drink away..... and try to have 1 - 2 cups of water for every cup of Green tea that you drink. By the way decaf tea has 4 mg and Herbal tea has 0 mg. Dianne 163/138.5/138 " The weakest among us can become some kind of an athlete, but only the strongest can survive as spectators.
