I hear what you're saying, but would like to offer an alternate perspective on this. I do completely agree that the ideal is to do the flushing in conjunction with cleaning up dietary habits (along with mental outlook, which I believe you also mentioned.) I believe, though, that any change in a positive direction is a helpful change. I don't know very many people who are able to make drastic changes to their lifestyles at once and stick with them. So if a person is doing the flush but not yet changing their dietary habits, that is moving them in a positive direction. And even if their body is still producing stones, it is still also helpful to get stones out with a flush because it's still reducing the overall number of stones in the system. But also, I think that for many people, implementing one positive change creates the impetus needed to make other changes. Doing the cleanse can be that impetus for some people. We're all different - moving forward at different paces. What works for one might not work for the other, but as long as we're heading in a positive direction, that's the important thing.
