Found this version on the Kidney cleanse site (listed on left) found from www.curezone.com Basically involves a day in the bath eating 2 watermelons and continuously weeing into the water! Humm...nice! I've already done 12 days of fruit fasting (which helps to clean the kidneys also I believe) so its just an additional add-on really! Dr Schulze says its best to juice the melon's rind and pips as well as this is where the 'antiseptic' qualities of the melon is. The theory is to allow your kidneys to have a thoroughly good 'clean out' without having to keep visiting the toilet all day (and therefore holding the 'water' in).
