Capsules:

You can encapsulate magnesium sulfate, and drink capsules with water,

instead of dissolving it in the water.

It is good for kids doing liver cleanse, and for anyone who doesn't like

taste of Epsom salts (who does?).

Many have done that, and have been satisfied with results.

You may find few messages in gallstones archive, between first 1500 messages.

I never tried it, because it is too complicated to fill up all those capsules.

It is easier to dissolve Epsom salts in grapefruit juice, and use juice

instead of water.

You can still taste it, ... but far from bad taste ...

Pregnant woman can do cleanse, if she is healthy and strong, but should

first test herself on small amount of all the ingredients, for several days.

She should be physically active, walking every day, and able to walk at

least 5 km a day.

She should be increasing amount of oil every next day, until she can

tolerate 10 or 20 tbsp a day.

If she can take 1teasp of ES a day with no problems, and 10 to 20 tbsp of

oil daily, then she is well enough to do the cleanse with no problems.

She should drink a lot of water, and watch her diet!

For pregnant woman, it is enough with 1 tbsp of ES in the evening, and 1

tbsp of Epsom salts in the morning, when doing cleanse.

(1/2 of the standard dose)

If she is extremely sensitive to Epsom salts. them 1/4 of the standard dose

should be enough.

Same with kids doing cleanse.

Just my opinion
