I'm in a hurry to do my first flush and am on about day 15 of my parasite cleanse. I'd like to do a flush next week while I'm off work. Is it ok to do just a one week kidney cleanse first, rather than 3 weeks. Are the 90 day parasite cleanses much better than the shorter ones? I found a site selling a product called Clear that looks real good for a 90 day cleanse? Does anyone have experience with this product? I thought I would do a flush and then maybe try the longer parasite clease. So far, I have seen no parasites and I know they're in there! Not that I really want to see the ugly things but I do want them out. Last ?---my doctor has had me on the supplement Ox Bile for several years.
