Guest guest
On early images, there is a filling defect noted within the distal common bile duct. However, this may represent invagination of the __s/l papilla or prapilla _?? within the distal common bile duct. A dilated cystic duct is noted throughout a majority of the study, with some contrast seen filling the gallbladder at the termination of the study. Doc is generally quite clear (what a rarity, huh?) and he's definitely *not* saying ampulla which was my initial thought. I've replayed this more times than I'd care to admit, and it *really* sounds as tho' it starts with a " pra, pre, pro, pri or pa, pi. " Any suggestions on this one? If " ampulla " is the term of choice, I'd like to know that too - I'll re-listen. Working on a C-phone and am only able to interrupt " one " report (and this is it!!). If I hit another snag, I'm really stuck. Thanks everyone, shel
