Taking time off Ladies, I wasn't planning on doing this, but I'm taking the week offfrom excercising.I had every intention of going back to the normal routine thismorning, but then yesterday my wife suggested we should make this weeka honeymoon. (This means, um, that our "exercise" will be takingplace in the bedroom each morning, not the workout room. :-))I'll still be eating reasonably healthy but won't be using the workoutDVD's this week.So have a merry Christmas week, ladies.
