Guest guest
Floppy or CD, good point. I just remembered a different approach. It is an online publisher called xlibris. My dad is an author and told me about this. I sorta envisioned it for EDS publications. Let me explain (from what I heard), an author submits his work in the approved format. Book gets " published " on the website/advertised. Interested person sees it and places an order. Xlibris prints a copy (one at a time, on demand) and sends it out. The REALLY cool thing about this is that there is no cost to the author!!!! Only $12 or so to buy the book. I had thought that this could be used for any target audiences. I think that it is a great way for someone to publish a book with a known audience. Just a thought. I had forgotten all about this. Will check it out on the web.
