Guest guest
Hi folks, I feel very out of shape and weak compared to where I was a year ago. After surgery, will I have the strength to build my muscles up to what they used to be? I just feel so weak right now, and working out is so difficult, I can't imagine lifting weights when I'm functioning on so few calories. Any ideas? Thanks, Alice A. Guest guest
Count me in on this! Its not the physical part that I dislike - heck I do plenty of body movement all day long as well as things such as ROCK gardening (hubby jokes that I won't be happy until I've moved every rock on our 60 acres). But what puts me off is the time spent doing 'repeated motions' for the sake of repeating the motions. I'd rather be doing something 'productive with my efforts - even just walking the dogs. > I am one of those people who hates working out. Hate it!! Thank you for putting that down in black and white - that is it. It's just repeated movement for the sake of repeating - I'd much rather be doing.... Living. ..something.
