Corky, Unless you think it was the Splenda that stalled you, the two products don't have much in common. The ingredients on the Atkins bar (chocolate peanut butter) are: protein blend (soy protein isolate, hydrolyzed collagen, whey protein isolate calcium/sodium caseinate) polydextrose (litesse), lecithin, glycerine, natural palm kernel oil, peanuts, peanut flour, water, xylitol, cocoa, high oliec sunflower oil, natural cocunut oil, natural flavor, citric acid, potassium citrate, potassium chloride, sucrolose (SPLENDA) and a passel of vitamins and minerals. The ingredients of the caramel syrup (which is quite good by the way) are: water, natural and artificial flavors, cellulose gum, sucrolose (SPLENDA), less than .1% sodium benzoate (preservative) citric acid, caramel color. Hope this helps, -- CarbWise Market http://www.carbwise.com
