Wednesday night I did the cleanse, as I said I was going to, and used organic

olive oil (3/4 cup to 3/4 cup lemon juice), I used the Epsom Salts and I put

a pillow under my hips and laid on my right side. I had just finished a 15

day parasite cleanse as well.

First, the organic olive oil tasted so awful compared to what I'd been using.

I was surprised. It had a different smell to it as well. Adrienne, you said

that you don't burp as much with the organic? Well...I had the opposite

experience! Part of the difference, I think, is that the olive oil I had

been using was light and this was not. I think I would look around for an

organic LIGHT olive oil next time. I didn't like this one at all! But

different mouths have different tastes and I guess this particular taste just

didn't agree with me.

I would say that it was effective, but I guess it's always disappointing to

not see dramatic results. :) I would say, though, that I passed probably

about a hundred stones, so I don't want to actually say that it was

disappointing. It's just kind of neat when they are bigger, you know what I

mean? But I am glad to eliminate anything that is in there and it's also

possible that I'm nearing the maintenance phase. I will still do the next

one in two weeks, because that will be the new moon and I've read recently

about how many things are affected by the cycles of the moon that I thought

the cleanse might be as well. After that, though, I will wait a month for

the next.

I did have a couple of odd things happen, though. Last evening (the night

after) I had a tiny bowel movement that was a light tan in color. That's not

a surprise, as I'd seen stones that color coming out. Not the green, but the

tan. Anyway, I woke up at about 4:00 this morning with a slight discomfort

in my lower abdomen. Not a pain, really, but sort of along the lines of a

mild cramp. I sometimes get mild cramps before my period, but it isn't

time for that. Anyway, I got up and got a drink of water and then had

another glass of water with some apple cider vinegar. Before long I had a

bowel movement and the WHOLE THING was that same tan color. I've never seen

anything like it. I have read somewhere that this color stool can indicate a

low level of bile salts (which are evidently what usually give it the brown

color). But I think it had something to do with the flush I had done. It

was weird. But what was also weird was that I could almost feel that

discomfort feeling moving. It was as though there was something in there

that was moving along it's way. I don't mean to suggest that it was alive,

but just that something was moving through the digestive track. I did an

enema to help clear things out and saw a lot of that gel-like stuff (which

I've read can be from the lymphatic system) and a couple of black things that

I couldn't identify.

This morning my stomach feels full, which is an odd thing since I haven't

been eating that much lately. I will keep an eye on things and see how it

goes from here. All in all I would say that I'm pleased with the results

of the cleanse and would probably do the next one in a similar way.

I still like the idea of the version with the whipped cream, though! hehehe

But I will stick with the oil/juice standard. Thanks for listening.

in health,

rachel
