Guest guest
http://www.pathguy.com/lectures/liver.htm This site is made by a pathology teacher for his students. There are many other sections, too: I've been to auto-immunity and urinanalysis. There are links to pictures. From the liver section: Cholesterol stones may be pure or contaminated with calcium, oxalate, and/or bilirubin. They result from bile becoming super-saturated with cholesterol. They are yellow and range in size from infinitesimal (in aggregate, these are the potentially-lethal " sludge " ) to large barrel-shape casts of the gallbladder. And: Future clinicians: Try grapefruit juice for pruritus of liver disease (Ann. Int. Med, 126: 920, 1997).
