Thanks Sheri for your thoughtful words. This is really the first time I have

been able to fight for anything for my son, and now I am seeing the light that

things CAN be done if you really want things changed.

As to the insurance thing, I recall sometime ago someone posted very specific

info on how to word letters/documentation to insurance companies. I believe

their is a form on Kay's website to one that eventually resulted in payment for

HA's.

Anyone???
