Guest guest Posted February 16, 2002 Report Share Posted February 16, 2002 I've noticed that some people doing the variety get up at 6am to drink the third cup of Epsom salts. (This exact time is also listed in Lillian's Norwegian-language version of this cleanse at curezone.com.) This is not what Dr. says in the text reproduced at curezone.com, however: you should drink it " upon awakening " , but not before 6 am. Which means that no time is specified, except that it should not be too early relative to the oil/juice mix.
