The following, from Jim Moritz, gives two simple and cost-effective

protocols for healing the emotional trauma and the mercury toxicity.

MERCURY DETOX:

Early am:

1 tablespoon non-aluminum baking soda in 8 ounces of water

20 minutes later:

Live enzymes, as in live organic yogurt

Late pm:

Repeat baking soda

20 minutes later:

Repeat live enzymes

According to Jim Moritz, baking soda detoxifies the blood and

encapsulates the toxins in the blood, allowing it to be passed

through the liver and kidneys without being recognized as a poison.

Jim also recommends simultaneously working on the emotional trauma

nutritionally as well as spiritually in the following manner:

EMOTIONAL CELLULAR MEMORY RELEASE

In plain organic yogurt, mix in 1 to 2 tablespoons of soy lecithin,

healthy sweetener optional. Recite the following: I release all

disruptive energies from cellular memory in this lifetime and all

reincarnated lifetimes. I release all disruptive energies with love,

in the name of (whatever spiritual form you address – mine is " in the

name of the Mother and the Father and the spirit of Love. " ) This may

seem a bit out there, but keep in mind that cellular memory is both

electro-magnetic as well as physical.

Repeat two to three times per day, especially in an attitude of self-

love and healing.
