Endon vessels? Air bronchograms??

Examination of the chest x-rays appear to be fairly normal. He has some s/l

" endon " vessels and a couple of s/l " air bronchograms " or at least slightly

dilated airways with some s/l " peribronchial cuffing " , but this is not very

severe.
