Guest guest
I'm new to the group and also new to the world of " liver flushing " ! It was brought to my attention this week by a friend that the digestive/abdominal problems I've been experiencing on and off over the past few months (abdominal tenderness/bloating; gnawing pain particularly below rib cage on right side; occasional more severe " jabbing " pains; along with some of the worst heartburn I've ever experienced) may be due to problems with the gallbladder/liver. That insight sent me on a journey around the Net, where I've found lots of info re: liver cleansing, flushing, etc. I plan to go on Dr. Cabot's Liver Cleansing Diet just as soon as I can start eating " normally " again. (Just about anything I eat at this time gives me painful heartburn so I'm not eating much.) In the meantime, the liver flush on www.curezone.com " makes sense " and sounds like it might be very helpful. I'm trying to determine at this point if it would be " wise " for me to start flushing now, when I've got these acute symptoms going on in my body, or if it would be best for me to wait till my body " settles down " alittle bit before doing it. Any suggestions on this? Thanks, Dee
