Hi,

Is there any non-stick cookware that does not contain aluminum? What do you all

use for non-stick cookware? I'm going to a Pampered Chef party tonight and

wondering if maybe some of their non-stick stuff might be aluminum-free. I

mostly use my stainless steel, but for some things I still use my non-stick

cookware. Just wondering what everyone else does.

I have never used cast iron. Does the food stick? Can you use it

for eggs?

According to the www.mercola.com website, Dr. Mercola says that if

stainless steel is attracted to a magnet, then that stainles steel in

okay. If the stainless steel is not attracted to a magnet, then the

stainless steel has too much nickel in it.
