I thought beans & rice were low-fat foods but am experiencing gallbladder

attack from them.

I was planning my second flush for tomorrow but wish I had done it today

instead.

I ate protein today because I know I can't have any tomorrow.

I was afraid olive oil would make me sick after protein or I would have

done it tonight.

O the pain and agony.
