how to manage summertime fun?

Hi. Does anyone have any practical tips on how to deal with summer and its

accompanying water activities?

We had our first play in the pool day today and really missed having hearing

aids. I guess that's where sign comes in handy! ;-) And we're off to a

community pool in a little while where it will only be worse (and more

dangerous).

only has a mild-moderate HI so if I shout he can get what I'm saying

( " DON'T JUMP ON YOUR BROTHER'S HEAD WHEN YOU'RE IN THE POOL!!! " ), but maybe

those of you who have older children can pass along your experience.

p.s. Thanks to those who offered support for the avenue we've taken for 's

education. It helps. I'm always panicked that there are wonderful options out

there for us that we just haven't heard of.
