Actually, , I have an Atkin's protein shake every morning for breakfast

(which I make with

one scoop of powder, milk, ricotta cheese, unsweetened cocoa powder, equal and

ice in the

blender). Other than that, I take 2 flintstones chewable multi-vitamins each

day. That's it. I

am also going to start adding those Viactive chews for calcium. My doctor took

blood today, and

when he gets the results, he will let me know if I have to add something for

iron.

Thanks for asking.

So glad to hear you are coming along so well, ! And Coco will be

overjoyed that she can get her exercise in!

Your first time maybe you should go halfway instead of all the way...a

little at a time, now!

Did you know Atkins bars could be the thing setting off your cravings?

Actually Joya, I think I had heard this. I guess I just figured, That eating an Atkins bar was better than what I could've eaten:) Unfortunately I think you are right, because after I posted my Meals...I went and ate TOO many pistachios! Oh Well, I will just blame it on TOM. I will do better today too!!

Thanks!!
