Guest guest
--Thurza, I tried a necklace that my sister gave me and it didn't do a thing. I even gave it a second chance and the same results. Guest guest
I tried insole magnets early on in the disease process, I was first diagnosed with possible MS & decided to try them, don't think they helped. I stopped wearing them as my legs got worse, the weight of the magnets appeared to add to my problems walking. Pat
Guest guest
Thurza, We have tried the magnets and my husband feels they help him. He puts them on his leg. I tried the insoles and for the first day or so felt it was helping my energy level but then it sort of quit for me. They are very expensive. They can't hurt you anyway. Guest guest
There was an article in MDA's Quest Magazine earlier this year. Only anecdotal evidence is given. I don't believe is would help us. Re: magnets --Thurza, I tried a necklace that my sister gave me and it didn't do a thing. I even gave it a second chance and the same results. Guest guest
I use a magnetic pillow insert. I usually use it underneath my pillow, as I occasionally have a tingly back-of-the-head, but when I get restless leg at night (not sure if it is the MS or RLS or what), I put the insert underneath my thigh and it seems to help that too. Guest guest
My wife and I use magnets from this source http://www.ecomagnets.com/bioflow.htm My wife has MS and a crumbling spine. The magnets have largely resolved the spine problem and the MS has been stabilised with LDN, very difficult to say if the magnets have helped the MS. In my case I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and you can measure that with a blood glucose meter so I can be reasonable certain that it has been part of my control for that. I can say that I put them on and my fasting sugar level dropped stopped using the magnet and it went up again. I have added reduced sugar diet Yoga, which produced a fall to almost normal immediately, and lot of water and exercise. I have now normalised my sugar levels both fasting and long term averages with this combination. This is a link to a NASA study report that suggests pulse magnetic fields can reverse the symptoms of MS and Parkinson's. http://ston.jsc.nasa.gov/collections/TRS/_techrep/TP-2003-212054.pdf Look up pH Therapies for more information about the issue. Magnets is one of several ways to normalise blood pH which is basically a suppressed cancer treatment (Otto Warberge) although I am not sure magnets are powerful enough to cure cancer.
