Subject: [testimonials] 1st gallstone flush success!!!

Approximately a year ago I awoke with the worst kind of pain imaginable the

pain was so extreme that I couldn't stand or lie down.

I was taken to a local hospital and was put through a bunch of tests

including a cat scan. It was determined that I had a " couple " of

gallstones that they could see in the scan but that was it.

I was asked if I was vomiting or this was a regular occurrence. I told the

physician aside from having 2 cups of strong Chinese green tea that nothing

out of the ordinary happened that day. He told me the " pain attack " could

have been triggered from the heavy caffeine content and we left it at that.

They told me to take zantac 75 once a day and I should be fine. I wasn't

satisfied with this answer but did take zantac on days that I had " heavy

meals " and I really didn't see it working for me.

I would have the feeling of fullness and bloating even after a small meal.

I would also feel a tightness around the abdomen area kind of like when

your restricted of breathing and can't take a full breath. I also noticed

my energy level was down even though I walked/ran for 3.5 miles a day and

did some resistance exercises.

I began to do some research on my own mostly on the

Internet.

I discovered this group and started reading every testimonial and was

intrigued at the success everyone was raving about doing the Olive oil and

lemon juice flush. I'm a strong believer that surgery isn't the only choice

and that medicinal herbs have been around for years and they have been

successful.

In any event I finally felt comfortable and convinced my self that I was

going to do it.

After all these were natural ingredients found in most Italian type salad

dressings so what harm could they do?

I went out and bought everything on Wednesday, a nice bottle of extra

virgin first cold pressed olive oil, 5 lemons, unsweetened apple juice, V8

juice and net (used fiberglass window screen flexible and cheap).

I started fasting on Thursday. I drank the apple juice and the V8 juice on

Thursday and Friday. I felt great. It wasn't as hard as I thought. At 12

noon on Friday I had a couple of slices of 100% coarse wheat bread (I had

read the fiber would be helpful).

I continued drinking the juices until 7:00pm Friday night. At 8:00 I

started the olive oil and lemon juice. I would drink a quarter cup of the

olive oil and 1/8 cup of lemon juice freshly squeezed and immediately go

and lie down on my right side.

I repeated doing this every 20 minutes until I had drunk 2 cups of the oil

and 1 cup of the lemon juice. It was now around 10:30 or so.

I went to bed still lying on my right side I could feel the liquids moving

inside and making noises and eventually fell asleep. I awoke around 3:30

AM with a gentle urge to visit the bathroom.

I was anxious but also knew most people don't pass the stones on the first

visit so I wasn't disappointed when I didn't see any. I went back to sleep

but couldn't sleep on my right side so I slept on my back.

Around 4:30 AM another visit and still no stones. I went back to bed and

awoke again around 6:35AM with an unmistakable urge this time and voila

around 6 stones ranging from a grain of rice to the size of nickels and

they were green in color.

I was satisfied at this point and felt that my efforts paid off and was

successful, after all I was told by the " experts " I had a couple of

gallstones. Approximately 1 hour later another visit to the bathroom this

time at least 25 stones.

I couldn't believe my eyes. I must have been really packed. My poor

gallbladder how was it storing all of these stones and how was it even

functioning considering it's size and the size of the stones.

This continued approximately hour on the hour for the next 8 hours and it

would range from 5 to 20 stones at a time and it went on until 7:00PM on

Saturday evening.

I would estimate I passed around 200 or so stones varying in sizes from a

grain of rice to the size of a nickel. I was starting to get grossed out

so stopped counting and removing them.

I did however have around 50 that I had placed in a jar to show my mother

who had her gallbladder removed 3 years ago. She couldn't believe it either.

She was told gallstones don't come out unless you have them surgically removed.

I took it easy for the rest of the night on Saturday and felt relieved and

ate some steamed rice and vegetables and juices. Sunday morning I awoke

with vigor and energy and felt years younger.

It's been a week after the flush and the following is what I've noticed

since the flush.

1- I can tolerate garlic and tomato sauce.

2- I don't feel bloated every time I eat.

3- I have more energy and don't feel tired all the time.

4- I don't experience the tightness in my abdomen area.

5- much much less belching and flatulence.

I'm planing on doing this flush on a yearly basis as well as watching my

diet and exercising at least 3 times a week.

I apologize for the length of this post but I felt the details were necessary.
