Guest guest Posted July 2, 2006 Report Share Posted July 2, 2006 Hi again. I do not think I am at my ideal weight because I tend to eat a lot of junk at certain times when i know i am not hungry. Well that hasnt been the case this week. I think I may just be getting really in tune with my self and what my stomache is asking me for so I am pleased about it now. I have been avoiding the scale but I got a surprise i wasnt expecting for a few days this monring (monthly) so i was curious how much I weighed when i have it. Funny thing, i stepped on the scale and it said i was down 2.4 lbs?. Normally around this time i think about chocolate a lot and i thought my appitite increased with the increased metabloism but maybe that was all in my mind? So at 5 " 6.5/7 and 148.2 lbs today I know i do not look over weight, i must have more muscle though because i know someone who weighs the same and looks bigger then me,she is alittle taller too. If i where to put it in lbs , I think my body might like to be around 140. I seem to think it could settle well there and i would be perfectly happy.
