Guest guest
I am new to the Intuitive Eating method. I lost 25 pounds two years ago and I have maintained it, mostly because I am now a fitness walker. I am a foodie. I appreciate good food but I would like to lose 20 more pounds. I eat mostly organic, my favorite store is Whole Food. Right now no matter what I eat, high or low, my weight stays the same. I fitness walk one to three hours 6 days a week. My weight gain came from overeating sweets like cake and chocolate. I have never had a problem with regular food but the sweets. I have been controlling sweets, but I want to learn how to enjoy them and not gain, just how to eat them like a regular healthy weight person does. When I eat food I stop when I am full, but cake is another story. Right now I can only bring in one or two pieces of cake at a time into my home. I want to be able to look at a whole cake, and not keep going back for another slice. I have tried freezing extra pieces but that did not work. I love Edys lite Grand Ice Cream but I will eat the whole thing, so right now I only buy it on the weekend. Janet Janet
