Yes, I do see what you mean. This is one of many aspects that need to be

taken in to consideration when a person chooses to fast. Fasting also, I

want to add, has countless positive and healthy affects on a person's health,

when done properly. Not everyone who fasts creates stones.

I don't want anyone to enter into it blindly, but I also don't want anyone to

be discouraged from pursuing that avenue of cleansing. As with everything,

it needs to be done in an informed manner.

Good clarification. Not only that, in relation to gallstones, many

sites list fasting as a cause of gallstones. This is in relation also

to rapid weight gain or weight lose.

Fasting has to be done correctly for people with gallbladder stones

in order to avoid the stagnation of bile. So, for us in here, if we

are going to fast, make extra sure that it is in a beneiftial way for

the gb as well as fasting used as an elimination of other bodily

toxins. Oterwise we could be making more stones, if you see what I

mean?
