Fasting also, I want to add, has countless positive and healthy affects on a person's health, when done properly. Not everyone who fasts creates stones. I don't want anyone to enter into it blindly, but I also don't want anyone to be discouraged from pursuing that avenue of cleansing. As with everything, it needs to be done in an informed manner. in health, rachel~ " And now I know, as sure as any immutable law of nature, that the value of our existence can only be measured in the hearts of those we love and who love us in return. Guest guest
, Good clarification. Not only that, in relation to gallstones, many sites list fasting as a cause of gallstones. This is in relation also to rapid weight gain or weight lose. Fasting has to be done correctly for people with gallbladder stones in order to avoid the stagnation of bile. So, for us in here, if we are going to fast, make extra sure that it is in a beneiftial way for the gb as well as fasting used as an elimination of other bodily toxins. Oterwise we could be making more stones, if you see what I mean? Barry. > In a previous post I wrote these words: > > It wasn't about whether or not fasting was healthy in general.
