I believe that the experience I've had with fasting has been of great benefit to my health. I do acknowledge that fasting can be dangerous if a person doesn't know what they are doing and it can be risky for particular health concerns such as diabetes where it's important to maintain blood sugar levels. I would strongly encourage anyone who is considering incorporating fasting into their cleansing routine to read up about it first and talk to people who have some fasting in their own experience. It isn't something that should be jumped into blindly. I didn't want to give the impression that fasting was, across the board, always a good thing. Most of the time, yes, I do believe it can do wonders for one's health - but as with anything else health related it is essential to obtain good information before starting anything new. I just wanted to clarify that, lest anyone misunderstand what I meant. thanks rachel~ " And now I know, as sure as any immutable law of nature, that the value of our existence can only be measured in the hearts of those we love and who love us in return.
