Guest guest
<<I've read, and my doc also mentioned that by taking a Vitamin B6 supplement before I next conceive (ie. starting at the end of this pregnancy, seeing as how I'm Fertile Myrtle - BU has never stood in the way of my conceiving!) I may be able to lengthen my luteal phase and sustain a pregnancy. Kim, anyone else have any ideas on that? >> Just some experience here. For two months prior to conception I took Vitex (Agnus castus) and B complex vitamins (with a real load of B6 in it), and my luteal phase, which is exactly average at 14 days, went to 15 days. It has never done that before in a nonpregnant cycle. Wish I could tell you which supplement is most responsible for that.
