Guest guest
I rotate my breakfasts, never having the same within 4 days. 1) Home-made muesli (dried coconut/banana/mango/blueberries/cranberries/flax/quinoa flakes/buckwheat flakes/rice flakes/nuts/pumpkin seeds, etc., etc.) with rice milk. 2)Apple and hazlenut or almond butter. I slice it and spread each slice as if it was bread. 3) Fresh fruit. 4) Rice cakes and honey. Fresh fruit. 5) Home-made quinoa or buckwheat crackers with honey or nut butters. What is in your gluten-free muesli? I'm allergic to corn and can't find any that I can eat. I can't understand the ELISA test because I thought if you hadn't been eating something then it wouldn't show up. In your case dairy showed up and in mine cashews that I haven't had for 6 years as you can't get them here. Janet ----- Original Message ----- From: Judith Shaw My test showed that dairy was my only avoid/allergy. Of course, I had already given it up a few years ago. For breakfast I either have just fruit (usually berries or gluten free muesli. What do you eat for breakfast? I often think that the less I eat the better.
