I just began to allow sweets back into my diet and I'm finding it hard to control my cravings. I allowed myself a peanut butter cup today- as well as two pieces of dark chocolate. I also ran six miles so I felt like it was okay - that's still a dieting mentality though, isn't it? anyways, do the cravings get worse? Do you find that if you indulge these cravings and get them over with, they become less frequent? I could literally spend days reading about the different candies I can eat now...I can't believe how restrictive I was before. I hadn't eaten a peanut butter cup in probably 5 years.
