Sounds like you're doing some good preparation, . I've found that

seems to make a big difference for whatever type of cleanse it is (bowel/

gallbladder/ etc...) Even my weekly fasting day goes much better when I've

been eating more healthfully ahead of time. This week was the opposite of

that and I really felt it and the fasting day was a bigger struggle than it

has been.

Anyway, please do keep us posted. You're right - it's good for people to

read OTHER people's experiences, so I'm glad you're going to be one ! :)

Maybe other people could write about what they do in the time preceding a

cleanse and share ideas as well.
