Guest guest
Hi, hope this is okay to mention on this list -- if not, please somebody let me know! There are two Hispanic-American sisters in Minnesota who are waiting for a forever family. They are photolisted there on the www, and the social worker is currently interviewing prospective families. While I am very interested myself and have sent in paperwork, I also recognize for a variety of reasons that they may be best off in Minnesota, which is not my state. Therefore I want to pass along some info on them to folks who may be interested. They are 12 and 13. The older one is " hearing impaired and visually impaired " as a result of chemo for a previous cancer that has been cured. (Yes, there are some childhood cancers which can be cured!) I ran into someone from Minnesota who knows of the older one and said she " has such a sweet spirit! " , that she is learning braille and sign language, and that she has an intervenor at school. If you are from Minnesota and may be interested, please contact me privately or look for them on the internet. Many thanks, Grace
