Hi Jai,

Happy birthday! How was it? Did you get to do something fun and go out

to dinner? The weather here has been really nice, sunny and in the upper

60's low 70's. I hope your day went just as you wished it would! We are

going window shopping for furniture today as we will be moving in about

10 days. The mortgage company is reviewing everything now and it looks

very promising. Everyone is surprised that with worker's comp for income

they are even considering a mortgage but everything is falling into

place. Right now I feel like getting into my car and just driving until

we can move in. This sure doesn't feel like home!! Anyway, I do hope
