Guest guest
Hello, I went to a naturopath who put me on the epson salts, olive oil and grapefruit program after I showed her my ultrasound which showed some gall " gravel " which had been causing me lots of problems. Trawling the web the other day, I found the curezone website (www.curezone.com), which is just great by the way, and I was relieved to read all the stories - I feel a lot more in control of my body now, I had been really quite worried that something I didn't understand was happening to me and I had no idea when I was going to be in pain next. I did the deed on Sunday, and took Monday off work. I ended up waking up at 2am and racing to the loo every 5 minutes until about 5am! and had to change the sheets at 4am after I fell asleep... say no more...! I did get some small green stones, probably about 100 throughout the day, but I didn't see any of the large yellow ones. Do they float or do they disappear? Thanks for the pointer about the epsom salts - next time I will DEFINITELY try them in juice. On that, you people reminded me of the Liver Cleansing Diet which I had done successfully before to lose weight, but it only lasted the eight weeks due to my passion for dairy, tea and red meat. Now, I was wondering... I am thinking of going back on this diet, but was wondering if it was ok to still do the olive oil etc purge while on the diet, or would it upset things too much? By the way, that website of Cabot's Liver Cleansing Diet is http://www.liverdoctor.com/. I saw people mention the website here, but not actually give the address! I am confused about something else - is this mailgroup the same as the forum at curezone? Do I need to post only once to get a message in both places? I will double up, so sorry if you see this twice! Thanks in advance, you people have given me hope where before I was feeling quite desperate and literally scared to death about what was going on with my body. cheers Dutch Kiwi living in Oz..
