Hi,

I recently took red meat out of my diet for other health reasons, not really thinking there was a connection between red meat and vv..but since I stopped eating it, my vv has been so much better! Not even a little redness in that 6:00 position! I'm thrilled, but it could just be a coincidence as well.... and the redness could come back. I don't want to get my hopes up (!)

Anyway, does anyone know of a connection between red meat and vv?

Thanks,

Katrina

I haven't noticed a connection, but I do notice that if I don't eat some

red meat every week, I just don't have much energy overall. Not sure

whether it's the iron, the protein, or b-vitamins or what, but I definitely

notice a difference when I don't eat red meat.
