Hello everyone,

Today had been a struggle- and now it's all going downhill. I feel the

overwhelming need for chocolate,

never mind that I already had some. I thought I was doing so well and now I

feel like the world is just

crashing in around me! AAGGH! It's so frustrating. Suggestions are welcome,

as usual...

P.S. Tell me...do you all seem to do better on days you eat a bigger

breakfast/lunch? I definetely didn't

do that today and I'm overeating now because of it...
