Guest guest
Good post! You really can't borrow trouble. I have trouble with my bladder never emptying. So I went to a bladder doctor, and he puts me on a medication that DESTROYS MY STOMACH WITH ACID. Now, that would not be bad except that means another medication to heal the stomach. Then the doctor would so LIKE to see me again... HOWEVER...why do I go if I don't GET INFECTIONS. I haven't had an infection since the spring of 2005...so, I am not going back! That simple. I will drink my water...and my cranberry juice, and I will be well and ignore my " issues " . HAH>>> I've missed you guys, you really do understand more of this stupid disease than any doctor does! > > > Hi everyone! The group sure is quiet today! How is everyone doing? Guest guest
-I feel for you about the bladder never emptying. Years ago I went to a urologist and he put a cathetar on me (yuck) that worked but now the problem is back. My question is what pill did your DR give you? I need to try something for my bladder again. Lea Ann from Texas -- In MSersLife , " " wrote: > > Good post! > You really can't borrow trouble. I have trouble with my bladder > never emptying. Guest guest
Thats great that Flomax is working for you. I used to self-cath for a long time and then my bladder flipped the other direction and went spastic. I went through every med available for the spasticity and none worked until I got Strattera (for other symptoms). Something that used to help me empty my bladder when it was in a retaining mode, was a heating pad. I have no idea why but if I would lay down with the heating pad on my stomach and behind my back for about an hour, I could get up and have a fairly decent pee. Go figure. Has anyone hear had trouble with their bladder flip-flopping from retention to spastic? Mindy > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi everyone! The group sure is quiet today! How is everyone > > > doing?
