Guest guest
I have seen improvement with switching from beef to wild game and chicken. I don't eat much but when I do, I don't see anything negative by eating it. I'm trying, at the moment, to stay raw with fruits and veggies but I need to get more info on how to eat better and still stay raw. Thanks > It isn't required that you give them up. Guest guest
It isn't required that you give them up. I was in a position where I felt that I had two choices. Eat the way that I did and got sick or change my diet in hopes of improvement. My diet changed and I have improved. My diet isn't perfect, but it works so far. I will always try to learn more to make life better. > > We are hunters and harvest 3 elk a year and I also raise my own orgnic, > hormone free chickens and I don't eat much fish because of the mercury but I'm not > sure if I can give up the chicken and elk... > > > > > > > > > > I don't rely on information distributed by the FDA.
