Guest guest
This subject has come up before here and I have looked through past posts but don't think these questions were raised. I am thinking of getting a vibration trainer. (www.mendyourhealth.co.uk do a really good value one.) I am in a wheelchair and have read that you can sit in front of a trainer like this with just your feet on the plate. Has anyone here tried that? Sometimes my legs spasm and my feet jerk around. Does anyone know if the vibration would set them off? Part of the reason for the good value of the above, maybe down to the fact that it is an Oscillation trainer not a Piston/Linear trainer. Does anyone have any views on one over the other? Janet
