Guest guest
Janice, I gave the same dosages to my son when I started chelation and it was rough on him. He had heavy congestion and it lasted for three weeks. He was also exhausted and slept a lot. I think that the hurt will probably go away after awhile. He doesn't seem to be in pain and he is still playing and having fun! These are good signs. We are on our 18th round of chelation and I was terrified in the beginning. My son went through some rough patches and still does but he always comes out improved. Hang in there. Guest guest
Hi Janice, I am using ALA only and I've noticed that sometimes I feel some pain, especially my back hurts more, but it is a general pain. It is not something upsetting, because it usually goes away if I rest. I'm not sure, but I think the bones are the problem here. And I don't think it's the fact that the minerals are lost, but the contrary. Valentina > After dose number 11, he complained that his body hurt all over, except in his head. I am assuming that this is from the DMSA. Is that a GOOD sign, in that it means that it is working, or does it mean that his dosage is too high? Or is something else wrong? Guest guest
I have had pain in various parts of my body during chelation. It was very frequently at first. I have also had severe headaches. I suspect you are seeing a side effect that will lessen with future cycles. I've done 33 rounds - started ALA after the first 3 months. Guest guest
Hi Tana, In my case, I think my bones are finally getting some minerals, after a very long time of not getting much. I say this because since I was 12 I had LOTS of problems with bones. They were always too fragile... Once (for example) I had two ribs broken, just like that... I wasn't doing anything special... Well, I was cleaning my house (this happened about 10 years ago). When I was 12 I started to lose my teeth. I don't have much left now... Actually my teeth are so soft, they lost the minerals so much, that my dentist thinks that they will need very soon to be... replaced permanently. She told me she never saw anything like this before. The bones that were shown in xrays a year ago are not there anymore now. Well, they are, but you can't see them anymore because they lost minerals in the meantime. I tell you these things to understand that my problems are real, I'm not just imagining or " think so " . These days... it's too long to explain but there were some wonderful, absolutely extraordinary changes in my body. My skin changed, my hair finally is growing, I don't need my glasses anymore... lots of changes... Because I generally feel great, I think it's normal to believe that the pain that I feel in my bones is because somehow they are regenerating if I can say so. Or whatever... I don't know a good word to describe it, but the idea is that I think I stopped losing minerals. Valentina > Hi Valentina, > I don't think I understand what you mean by the contrary. I only wanted to make it obvious... something like that Valentina

And the frequency of psychiatric referrals for female patients is directly related to how attractive they are. I kid you not, I counted some statistics on this when I was in my " sick phase " and was talking to lots of doc's and to lots of other people seeing doc's. Men, of course, get very few psychiatric referrals since EVERYONE KNOWS they don't complain about stuff that isn't so. Another one of those 'interesting' habits of thought apparently induced by an AMA accredited medical school education. Andy
