type of ms

I've gotten several emails offlist asking what type of ms I have, and how

long I've had it, and how much physical disability I have.........

I had my first ms symptom when I was 15. That was 22 years ago. I was

diagnosed in my 20's RRMS, and then 2 years ago it changed to SPMS.

Until a year ago I treated it with diet changes and specific supplements.

Roughly a year ago, I added LDN to my treatment, and stopped most of the

supplements. I've never taken CRABs or any other drug given for ms or it's

symptoms.

As long as I stay away from gluten, msg and other food additives, I have no

symptoms at all. I have 100% of my physical and mental function, and I'm not

bothered by fatigue unless I really over do it. But, I have enough energy to

homeschool my 6 kids, run a busines, and play neighborhood mom to 5 or 6

additional kids.

Before I changed my diet I had dizziness, loss of balance, optic neuritis,

stuttering, numbness and weakness in my left foot, leg, arm, and both

hands, and pain so bad I had trouble holding a fork or a pencil some days. I

also had memory loss, or 'brain fog' and constant ringing in the ears.

When I started cutting things from my diet, like meat, gluten and msg those

symptoms began to disappear. When I started eating mostly raw foods the

symptoms faded even more. Then I added LDN, and only occasional dizziness

and occasional stuttering were left. When I went to totally raw, 3 1/2 weeks

ago, the last of the dizziness and stuttering went away.

I hope that answers everyone's questions. If not, feel free to ask for

clarification.

Yvette
