Dear FORUM,

Heartiest congratulations to Umesha on using elections in a

strategic manner for the sustained and concerted

efforts for reduction of stigma and discrination faced

by the PLWHA.

As a matter of fact this matter was shared in the

preparatory workshop/meeting for the celebration of

World AIDS Day, attended by the NGO representatives

from all the districts of Gujarat besides the Health

Commissioner and the Health Minister of the state.
