Holly,

16.8 pounds in 5 weeks is fantastic!!!! Just think that is a little

more than 3 pounds a week average. Most people aren't able to loss

that much all the time. Congratulations!!!

Oh those carbs - a problem for me too!! Good job looking at your journals though and finding what could be a problem area!! I'm finding that if I don't drink 3 of my bottles of water (33oz) I just don't feel good when I go to bed. I'm amazed that I could go from refusing to drink water when there was nothing else around to wanting to drink it when I'm thirsty - a change for the better for sure!! Hang in there - we are here for you!!

Ok - I had my weigh in last night. I felt terrible going in... you know, bloated, uncomfortable, fat... I gained 2 pounds!!! It wasn't a surprise. I could feel it when I went in. It's amazing how in-tune with my body I have become. I stayed on plan, but obviously something is going wrong. I looked at my old journals and can see that my best weeks were all-together lower on carbs, and higher on veggies and dairy. So.... this week I'm going to push veggies, and try to limit my carbs (specifically sweets). I'm also going to increase my water. I've noticed that some days I drink a lot and some days I don't drink any. I'm so glad that I've kept my journals. Hopefully I'll have better news next week. On my way to Subway for a Seafood and Crab Salad (my favorite). It's my every friday treat. (Virginia)

I know, I've lost more than the 1-2 lbs./ week which is recomended.

The website made me aware of that this morning when I recorded my

loss. But you know what, I've been within my pt range and eating and

drinking everything I'm supposed to. What do they want me to do

start eating more...I don't think so. In fact, I actually went over

in points a couple of days last week.

I just got back from WW...lost 4.8 pounds this week. Our leader had read us an article on milk a few weeks ago and how it helps you loose weight. Well, I added it back into my eating and walla two great weeks. The week before I lost 3.Kathy

Yes, I am walking at least 5 miles/week pushing two

toddlers in a stroller - and I'm not eating the

exercise points.
