yep but i'm glad i did it, because i'm feeling bad about my body

today, weighed at 200 today instead of the 196 i weighed last week,

but that's four lbs, oh well. i don't care i have the same

measurements and i know i am working on it, i just don't like to see

my stomach. lol. do any of us? lol. but anyways i'm glad to hear

i'm not the only one.

I hate my stomach. It really is the worst part of my body. I did

buy a new pilates tape but I haven't used it yet. I seem to have a

habit of buying these tapes and never actually doing them. Thank God

for my treadmill because I do get use from that. LOL

I never have been much for tapes. I have a few but don't like them.

I find I never use exercise tapes either. Things I have used:

1) My nordic trak machine (watch tv while exercising.).

2) Treadmill at gym (watch tv while exercising.)

3) Jump rope (watch tv while exercising.)

4) A 3 " tall step aerobics things-- just step up and down (watch tv while

exercising.)

Basically, I like mindless aerobic exercise that lets me watch tv.

I do lift weights at the gym now too. I don't watch tv much while I lift --

but I do glance up between sets.

I don't like tapes because they are hard to follow the first time you use

them, and they are boring and repetitive by the 3rd time you use them.

Still, some people love tapes!

i used to do the same thing but now i love doing them, and the ones i

sometimes don't do for a while give variety when i need a switch from

walking or something. and if you never open them sell them on ebay,

people go crazy over unopened excersize things. i did when i saw

things. lol

i havent' measureed yet which is what i go by that i trust, but my

weight is back down five pounds again, so finally back at 200.

cannot wait not necessarily to lose weight but to measure and see if

i'm the same or less. no big deal because i am feeling so much

better about myself since i've been going to the gym, pretty much

skipped cardio last week but i did do the walking to the gym and home

which is twenty minutes all together because i started walking the

long way, so i guess that counts for something. my dad's routine is

pretty cool and he's going to show me cardio machines there so that

when i want to do cardio if i'm still so motivated i can do it there

too. so i'm real excited to learn this week. i am so happy for

those of you who have lost weight this week. way to go. w e are all

doing so great.

Well I went to weigh in last night and managed to lose 1 lb.

Now I am 13.5 lbs away from goal.

So close and yet so far away.
