Guest guest
, Thank you for your email. It's alway helpful to me when I hear stories of people getting better. It gives me hope. I have the Healing MS book, read it a little while back, but need to re-read it. My anxiety and depression are probably thwarting my improvement, as you suggested. Regarding the Diflucan, I did try that once, and 30 minutes later my only good eye went almost blind for a few minutes. Consequently, I am afraid to try that again. But just out of curiousity, could you tell me, how long were you on it and in what dosages? I was also curious how long you had symptoms before you started having improvement. What worries me is that I have gone two years without even a day of remission, and I worry that does not bode well for me for the future. I don't know anything about Valtrex, but I have tested positive for three viruses in my system--none of which are currently in an active state but the antibodies are there--These three are Epstein Bar, Herpes 6, and Citomeglovirus (too much kissing during all my single years I think). I am on some herbal anti-virals now. I am working harder to follow the BBD, as you have done. After I conquer that, I want to move into a raw version or near raw version of it. I am going to send this to your email as well, in case you would prefer to answer there. Of course, anyone else who has an opinion, I'd love to hear from you too.
