Supplements? Akiba? Anyone?

I know I've read this before, but I can't remember. Please give any

info you have.

I recently started Fish oil and Ginkgo. My Dr. suggested both. Fish

oil for my cholesterol, and Ginkgo for fatigue. I thought I read that

these were used by some of you for other reasons. What other benefits

do you get from them?

Any suggestions for " tight " muscles, or spasms? I really don't want to

add another prescription drug. Any advice on other supplements for

fatigue?

I do believe I may be starting to feel better, and I'm hoping it's the

supplements. (I recently started Neurontin too though. Now 300 mg 3

times a day)

Thanks for any info you may have! (oh yeah. It is 3:33 am. I decided

I felt SO good, I wasn't taking any bedtime pills. I am hurting all

over and can't sleep. LOL. NEVER again)
