Hi. I'm new here. I've just started getting into this whole IE thing

(as in I just started reading about it online yesterday). I'm hoping to

get a book or two sometime soon from the library.

I'm going into my 4th year of college, and have gained 10-15lbs since

I've started here and pretty much kept it on for 2 years now. I'm

constantly obsessed with food, how much to eat, what to eat, when to

eat, etc. so I'm hoping that this intuitive eating thing will be able

to help me out.
