Guest guest
I just joined this group yesterday, so i'm unsure about the technical aspect of responding (top/bottom. . .?). anyway - giving it a shot. I'm also chiming in about peanut butter. when i finally allowed myself to eat whatever i was hungry for, i consumed peanut butter everyday - in a thousand different forms: cookies, off a spoon, bars, on bread, with apples, in ice cream, cereal, and my favorite - peanut butter with white chocolate chips off a spoon! i do seem to be craving it less now, though - about twice a week rather than everyday. i agree that it's so nutrient rich - and it's been high on the list of " no's " for so long that my body was making up for lost time. . . jo > > > > > > Hi Ruthie, > > > > > > I'm glad you found this site, and I hope it can help you find > > peace > > > with food.
