My name is Deborah Blank and I am 54 years old. I live in Sacramento

California ... married for 30 years with two daughters ages 21 and 17.

I was just diagnosed with MS this past Monday at UCSF medical center -

their MS Center. They do extensive research and I am willingly taking

part in a genetic study they are doing. Their main focus is to have

patients go on drug therapy, but have not pressured me. I am so scared

to used drugs and since my MS is not debilitating at this time would

like to seek alternative methods. I eat a 90% or better raw diet. I

don't drink anymore, work out almost every day and considering adding

Yoga several times a week into the regime. I have tremendous support

from my family, but need additional support from the MS community.

PS. What are CRAB drugs specifically?
