Guest guest
Tom, Actually they sound similar because the O2 Saunas have a tube connected to them that puts out the O2 and you can even hold the little cone that's connected to the tube to a certain body part to give it more concentrated O2, but the 02 goes to entire body thats in the sauna except of course the head which sticks out of the sauna. She doesn't have a websight, but said a lady that also is in business with the O2 saunas in Dallas, TX does and she is going to get back with me with that web address, but it will be awhile b/c she was going out of town for awhile. I will let you know as soon as I find out. Melinda > >Subject: Re: Re: Oxygen therapy-Tom > >HI Melinda, >THe Ozone therapy is very different. Guest guest
In the UK there is no block on oxygen therapy by neurologists. Actually, where I live ms nurses from the local hospital regularly bring newly diagnosed ms patients in a group to the MS therapy Centre. They certainly do not say do not use the therapies because only CRAB drugs work. They now (after many years) say that lots of different therapies can bring relief and help to some people. Oxygen therapy is not avalable on the NHS (the UK's free health service). I think the cost for two dives (as an hour long session is called) at the ms centre is £10. From time to time the centre gets people without ms using the oxygen chamber to heal tissue after operations on, for example, leg wounds. For several years we had local football team players sitting in the chamber after injury to speed up healing. I think our local team now has its own oxygen supply. There is nothing at all wrong with HBOT many people find it valuable. Just a couple of things to bear in mind . Optic neuritis, in my particular case, was made worse but not in every case. Secondly, do not pay too much money for it. There is aways someone ready to exploit vulnerable people. Judith
